Chena Making
Chena is made by curdling milk with lemon or vinegar. Very healthy for daily breakfast.
Ingredient:-Nuts(cashew nut or peanuts)
Milk.
Method:-Heat Milk up to 90oc
:-Cool Milk up to 80o c
:-Mix with Citric acid, C louring and Vanilla and allow to make curd.
:-Drain the whey
:-Add Sugar and cook .
:-Add nuts(Chopped)
:-Put in a tray and cut in to pieces.
