 Bacteria from a phone can cause flu, pinkeye or diarrhea, Ones your phone is given to get a call or to view images, videos to a person and also ask to bring it to. This may cause infection. And people are just as likely to get sick from their phones as from handles of the bathroom. You are taking your cell phone everywhere - and then passing it to friends to share an image or message.  Abnormally high numbers of coliforms, bacteria that indicate fecal contamination was found in randomly tested phones.

Though dust mites are not harmful where in pillows, bed-sheets and all over and feeds on dead skin shed by animals and humans. But now in Sri Lanka has found these mites in mobile phones also.
However, some people may be allergic to the faeces of dust mites which could result in asthma or other allergies, sources said. Scabies-causing mite can infest the skin of a variety of animals including human’s causing diseases like mange.
